First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looks at whether combining a hands-on therapy (IASTM) with posture-correcting exercises can improve shoulder movement and reduce pain in tennis players with subacromial impingement syndrome. About 36 players with mild to moderate shoulder pain will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach helps them move better and feel less pain during play.
