NCT ID NCT07168278
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests whether the clot-busting drug tenecteplase can help people who have had a stroke caused by a large blocked artery in the brain, but cannot have a procedure to remove the clot. About 794 adults who had a stroke 4.5 to 24 hours earlier will either get tenecteplase or standard medical care. The main goal is to see if more people can live independently 90 days later.
