First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looks at how well the protein in tempeh chips can be used by women of childbearing age. Six healthy women will eat special meals and have their breath tested to measure how much of a key protein building block (methionine) their bodies can use. The goal is to confirm tempeh chips as a good, affordable protein source, especially for vegetarians.
