This study tested a single dose of Temferon, a gene therapy made from a patient's own blood stem cells, in 10 people with advanced kidney cancer that had worsened after standard treatments. The goal was to see if it was safe and could activate the immune system against tumors. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
