Summary
This study is testing whether a medication called Telitacicept can help people with inflammatory muscle diseases who haven't improved enough with current treatments. Researchers will enroll 30 adults to see if the drug is safe and effective at controlling their condition. The trial focuses on patients who have already tried standard medications like steroids and other immune-suppressing drugs without success.
