Summary
This study tests whether live, online yoga classes can help adults with chronic low back pain feel better and improve their mood and sleep. About 40 people aged 30 to 80 will take part in virtual group yoga sessions twice a week for four weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is acceptable and effective for managing pain without needing to travel.
