Summary
This study tested whether a home-based exercise program, supported by video or phone calls every 1-2 weeks, could help 20 adults who had severe COVID-19. The program aimed to improve walking distance, muscle strength, and quality of life. Results showed that remote coaching can support recovery without needing in-person visits.
