First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study is testing a coaching program designed to help Hispanic adults at high risk for lung cancer make informed decisions about screening. Researchers will adapt the program to fit Hispanic cultural needs and then test it with 91 participants to see if it increases screening rates and improves the quality of shared decision-making between patients and doctors. The goal is to make lung cancer screening more accessible and effective for this community.
