First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested whether a digital physiotherapy platform called TRAK helps women recover shoulder movement better than standard paper-based exercises after breast cancer surgery that removed lymph nodes. Forty women participated in a 4-week home program, with one group using the TRAK app and the other following a printed exercise sheet. Researchers measured shoulder mobility, treatment adherence, and patient satisfaction to see which approach works best.
