First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding telerehabilitation (video-based coaching) to home exercises helps teenagers with mild scoliosis more than standard home exercises alone. 29 teens aged 10-18 with mild curves (10-25 degrees) took part. The goal was to see if the virtual support improved posture, pain, body image, and quality of life.
