Summary
This study looks at whether doing exercises through live video calls or watching pre-recorded videos can help people with ankylosing spondylitis feel better. Ankylosing spondylitis is a long-term condition that causes back pain and stiffness. The study will include 66 adults aged 18-65 who have had the condition for at least a year. Participants will be split into three groups: one doing live video exercises, one doing recorded video exercises, and one getting a simple exercise brochure. The goal is to see which method best reduces pain, improves movement, and boosts quality of life over 8 weeks.
