NCT ID NCT07148479
First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests whether balance training done at home via video calls works as well as in-person sessions for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. About 60 women aged 50-70 with low bone density and balance issues will take part. Both groups do the same exercises, but one group does them remotely with a caregiver's help. The goal is to see if telerehabilitation can improve balance and reduce fall risk, making treatment more accessible.
