First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study looked at whether doing neck exercises at home through a video call works as well as seeing a physical therapist in person for 'text neck' — neck pain from looking down at phones too much. 31 university students aged 18-24 with text neck did a 6-week exercise program either online or in person. The researchers measured neck muscle endurance, pain levels, and how much the neck problem affected daily life.
