Summary
This study compares three ways to deliver exercise therapy for chronic neck pain: fully online via video, fully in-person, or a mix of both. Researchers want to see which approach best reduces pain and disability in adults aged 20-40. Participants will do supervised exercises three times a week for six weeks.
