Can video calls from a therapist make home exercises for scoliosis more effective?

NCT ID NCT07260383

Summary

This study tested if a home exercise program for mild teenage scoliosis works better when a physical therapist guides the teen via video calls (telerehabilitation), compared to the teen doing the same exercises alone at home. It involved 29 adolescents with mild spinal curves. The goal was to see if the remote guidance improved posture, reduced pain, and enhanced quality of life more effectively.
