Remote rehab eases Sonographers' aches in new study

NCT ID NCT06842485

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tested whether a 6-week telerehabilitation program (exercise and ergonomic advice delivered remotely) could reduce pain and improve quality of life for cardiac sonographers with work-related muscle and joint disorders. 32 sonographers took part, split into two groups: one received telerehab plus ergonomic education, the other only ergonomic education. The goal was to see if the remote program offered extra benefits for pain, quality of life, and job satisfaction.
