First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tested whether a 6-week telerehabilitation program (exercise and ergonomic advice delivered remotely) could reduce pain and improve quality of life in 32 cardiac sonographers with work-related musculoskeletal disorders. Participants were split into two groups: one received telerehab plus ergonomic education, the other only ergonomic education. The goal was to see if the remote program offered extra benefits for pain, daily function, and job satisfaction.
