Summary
This study tests whether doing physical therapy sessions at home via video call can improve balance and quality of life for people with multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease. Thirty-six participants will either receive 20 telerehabilitation sessions with a hospital physiotherapist or continue their usual care. The goal is to see if remote therapy is as effective as in-person sessions for improving motor function and daily living.
