First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested whether doing exercises that combine physical movement with mental tasks (like walking while counting) can improve quality of life and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. Thirty participants completed the program remotely via video calls. The goal was to see if this dual-task training is more helpful than standard balance and walking exercises alone.
