Summary

This study tests whether a telephone counseling program can help people with advanced gastrointestinal cancer and their family caregivers cope better. Participants will receive either counseling focused on managing stress and symptoms, or education and support. The study aims to see if the counseling reduces fatigue's impact on daily life and lessens caregiver burden.
