Phone calls to fight mouth problems in lung disease patients

Summary
This study tests whether telenursing (nurse support by phone or video) can improve oral health in 80 adults with COPD. Participants will receive remote guidance on mouth care, and their oral health will be measured before and after. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce mouth pain and improve quality of life.
