Summary
This study tested whether regular phone counseling from a nurse could help people with bipolar disorder take their medication as prescribed and improve their daily functioning. Seventy participants were split into two groups: one received eight weeks of telenursing calls, while the other got standard care only. Researchers measured changes in medication adherence and functioning using standard scales.
