Summary
This study tested whether regular phone counseling from a nurse could help people with bipolar disorder take their medication as prescribed and function better in daily life. Seventy participants were split into two groups: one received standard care, and the other also got eight weeks of telenursing support. The researchers measured medication adherence and daily functioning before and after the program.
