Video link to neonatal specialist could save fragile newborns

Summary
This study tests whether a live video connection to a newborn specialist (neonatologist) can improve outcomes for at-risk babies born in community hospitals. About 947 newborns and their clinicians will take part. The goal is to see if this telemedicine approach lowers death rates and serious health problems in the first week of life.
