Can a phone app help people actually use their sleep apnea machine?
NCT ID NCT07464262
Summary
This study is testing if remote monitoring helps people with severe sleep apnea use their CPAP machine more consistently. It will involve 200 adults in Brazil who are new to CPAP therapy. Half will use a mobile app and remote monitoring system, while the other half will receive standard care, to see which approach leads to better treatment adherence and sleep quality.
