This study tested a personalized coaching program for children with type 1 diabetes who find it hard to adjust their insulin doses. Over 6 months, nurses provided phone calls and secure messages to help families manage blood sugar levels. The goal was to see if this remote support could improve long-term glucose control and reduce dangerous events like severe low blood sugar.
