Summary
This study is testing whether a type of talk therapy, delivered either in-person or via video call, can reduce the severity and impact of chronic headaches that start after a head injury. It will involve 525 military service members and veterans at seven medical centers across the U.S. The main goal is to see if video therapy is just as effective as coming into a clinic for treatment.
