Summary
This study tests whether a telehealth program can help people who had ACL knee surgery better manage post-traumatic osteoarthritis. About 65 current or former military cadets will use a phone app to track their knee function, readiness to manage arthritis, and activity levels. The goal is to see if the program improves health behaviors and knowledge about arthritis.
