Summary
This study tests a short, two-session telehealth program called Physical Self-Regulation for people with chronic masticatory muscle pain (jaw pain). Participants will be randomly assigned to either this program or a control session that teaches about jaw anatomy. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helps reduce pain and improve quality of life over three months.
