Summary

This study tested a telehealth program (CBT-TS) to help 300 veterans on long-term opioids for chronic pain feel more willing to try non-drug treatments like therapy or exercise. The goal was to reduce pain and reliance on opioids. Results will show if changing beliefs about these treatments leads to better engagement and outcomes.
