First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether follow-up care for stroke survivors can be done effectively through video or phone calls with a nurse, instead of in-person clinic visits. About 196 adults who recently had a stroke and own a smartphone will take part. The goal is to see if telecare can reduce disability, improve quality of life, and prevent another stroke.
