First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether an 8-week online yoga program can help people with lung cancer recover better after lung surgery. About 40 adults who had surgery for early-stage lung cancer will either take live yoga classes from home or continue with standard care. The goal is to see if yoga improves their ability to exercise, breathe easier, feel less tired, and have a better quality of life.
