Summary

This study tests whether live, online yoga classes (Tele-Yoga) can reduce chronic pelvic pain, fatigue, and improve quality of life in women with endometriosis. About 66 women will be randomly assigned to either Tele-Yoga or usual care. The goal is to see if a gentle, at-home exercise program can help manage symptoms without medication or surgery.
