First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether a structured home exercise program delivered via video calls works as well as in-person physical therapy for people recovering from total knee replacement. About 120 adults aged 50-65 will be randomly assigned to either telerehabilitation or standard clinic visits. The goal is to see if the remote option can improve pain, movement, walking, and quality of life while being more convenient and accessible.
