Summary
This study looks at whether doing exercise at home with a live video coach can improve physical fitness in teenagers with scoliosis. 70 teens will be split into two groups: one does supervised video sessions, the other follows a self-guided exercise plan. The main goal is to see if the supervised group can row 2000 meters faster after 12 weeks.
