First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether home-based exercise sessions, coached by a teacher over video, can improve physical fitness in teenagers with scoliosis. Seventy non-athletic teens will be split into two groups: one doing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) via video calls, and the other following a self-guided exercise plan. The main goal is to see if the coached group can row 2000 meters faster after 12 weeks.
