First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether online exercise programs can help improve posture in young adults. Forty university students with postural issues like forward head posture or rounded shoulders were split into two groups: one did exercises at home with a web-based program, the other followed a standard home exercise plan. Both groups exercised three times a week for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in neck, back, and spine angles using a smartphone app.
