First seen May 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week online exercise program could improve posture in 40 university students aged 18-25 with postural issues like forward head posture, lordosis, and kyphosis. Participants were split into a home exercise group and a telerehabilitation group that received guided web-based exercises. The main goal was to measure changes in spine angles using a smartphone app. The study is complete, but results are not yet reported.
