NCT ID NCT07507721

First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding nurse phone support to a simple daily fetal awareness practice (Mindfetalness) helps pregnant women feel less anxious and more bonded with their baby. About 68 first-time mothers in their 28th week of pregnancy will practice Mindfetalness for 15 minutes each day for 8 weeks. Half will also get regular nurse calls. Researchers will measure anxiety and attachment levels at the start, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks.
