First seen Apr 25, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looks at whether adding phone-based nurse support to a simple daily baby-movement awareness practice (Mindfetalness) helps pregnant women feel less anxious and more bonded with their baby. About 68 first-time mothers in their 28th week of pregnancy will take part. They will practice Mindfetalness for 15 minutes each day for 8 weeks, and half will also get regular nurse calls. The study measures anxiety and attachment levels over time.
