NCT ID NCT07262866
First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at whether extra education and support from nurses over the phone can help people who had cataract surgery take their eye drops correctly and feel happier with their care. About 128 adults having their first cataract surgery will be split into two groups: one gets routine care, and the other also gets scheduled phone calls from a nurse. The goal is to see if this simple, remote support improves how well patients follow their medication plan and how satisfied they are with their recovery.
