Summary
This study compares a video telehealth pulmonary rehabilitation program to standard care for people hospitalized with a COPD flare-up. The goal is to see if the virtual program reduces hospital readmissions and improves breathing and quality of life. About 301 adults aged 40 and older with COPD are taking part.
