Summary
This study aims to create a simple blood test algorithm to help doctors manage bleeding more precisely during open heart surgery. Researchers will analyze leftover blood samples from 140 patients to see if a special test called thromboelastography (TEG) can guide targeted treatments. The goal is to reduce the need for blood transfusions and improve patient safety.
