Can fixing teen sleep schedules stop a downward spiral?
NCT ID NCT01828320
Summary
This study tested whether helping teens who are natural 'night-owls' go to bed earlier could improve their health and reduce risks. Researchers enrolled 176 adolescents who went to bed very late and were struggling in at least one area like mood, behavior, or school. They compared two different counseling programs to see which was better at shifting sleep schedules and improving overall well-being.
