Summary
This study looks at whether a Teen Mental Health First Aid course helps secondary school students in Hong Kong better understand mental illness, have less stigma, and know how to get help. About 250 students from Forms 4 to 6 will take the course and fill out surveys before, right after, and three months later. A control group will also be surveyed for comparison. The goal is to see if the course improves mental health literacy and guides future programs.
