NCT ID NCT06083987
Summary
This study tested whether simple online tools could encourage LGBTQ+ youth to seek help for depression and anxiety. Researchers gave 81 participants different combinations of videos and online resources, delivered through a private Discord group, over four weeks. The goal was to see which tools were most useful and acceptable for motivating young people to reach out to a counselor or therapist.
