Summary

This study compares a technology-enhanced therapy program (including a mobile app) to standard medication monitoring for pregnant people taking buprenorphine for opioid use disorder. About 37 participants will be randomly assigned to either four therapy sessions plus app access or daily medication logging. The goal is to see if the tech approach improves treatment retention and engagement during pregnancy and up to 6 months after childbirth.
