Video games help girls with rett syndrome regain arm control

NCT ID NCT07418905

Summary

This study is testing whether a 6-month video game training program can help people with Rett syndrome improve their ability to use their arms purposefully. Participants play specially designed games that require them to separate their hands and reach for targets, aiming to reduce repetitive hand motions that interfere with movement. Researchers will measure changes in arm function and behavior before and after the training.
