First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tested whether a team-based approach using continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) could help adults with type 1 diabetes who were hospitalized for diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). The goal was to improve blood sugar control and reduce the chance of being readmitted to the hospital. Only 2 people enrolled before the study was stopped, so results are limited.
