NCT ID NCT05519696

First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether a 10-week group program focused on social support can help inactive African American women become more physically active. About 360 women who do less than 60 minutes of exercise per week will join either the special group program or a standard exercise group. The goal is to see if the program increases daily activity and helps maintain it 6 months later.
