Teens with diabetes try group doctor visits in new study
NCT ID NCT06923046
Summary
This study is testing whether group medical appointments work better than regular one-on-one visits for teenagers with type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to see if teens find this approach more helpful and satisfying, and if it improves their emotional well-being and diabetes control. The study will compare 80 teens receiving group care with 80 teens receiving standard individual care over one year.
